Two working days have gone, weekend is looming. We had a game of football today and it was cool. Finished watching the Season 5 of True Blood, probably their worst season.

After seven hours of work went running. It's been a good while since I've done that, but I was certain it wouldn't be that hard because of all the weight loss and everything. And it was easy as hell, I did my usual route four times (app. 6 kilometres) and some stretching and muscle exercise at the end.
It's been a month since I started my two days a week fasting or diet whatever and I've lost approximately 3 kilograms. It's cool, but I'm more interested in the cholesterol, blood sugar levels and all those things. I know already that my blood pressure is in steady decline.

A fasting day. It feels like eating 600 calories is too much. I had chicken, coffee (w/ milk), tomatoes, cottage cheese and salad. I couldn't eat them all. I kinda like these days. I'm energetic and I'm constantly trying to keep my mind off eating thence I'm fully concentrating on other things. Important things. Like watching football. Couple of games today, the Chelsea vs. Manchester City match was a real thriller, ended up 2 - 1.

A free-day Monday. I checked my blood pressure and the numbers were better they've ever been. Probably because of the diet that I have tried the past three weeks. I have tried the 5:2 fasting and so far it seems to be doing just the right things. The blood pressure has decreased constantly and I feel great, I have lost over 3 kilograms in the course of three weeks. And it ain't overly difficult to fast couple of days a week.

Got myself a new computer (w/ Windows 8) and it's up and running. And the past couple of days I've downloaded all sorts of different programs, checked my bookmarks and whatnots. It's been a tiresome job. But the new machine is great. It's eerily silent yet it's still running efficiently.

Didn't write anything yesterday, that's a habit that's kind of kicking in.

Yesterday I was at this big book festival. Didn't buy any books though. I bought food. Reindeer sausages, some kind of reindeer butter, olive oil (not from reindeer), moose saugage and wild boar sausage. I'm literary as fuck already.

Today I took a quite a long bicycle ride (almost 20 kilometres), to the westernmost part of the city and it was beautiful out there. I hang out by the sea for a while, sat on the rock and took pictures. I mused that smoking a cigarette maybe with a glass of whiskey by the side at the moment would have been utterly cool. The weather was made in heaven. Where else?

At home, I ate some salmon and watched some Premium League football.

Another weekend ahead and another decision to cut back drinking. Went to a liquer store, just in case, and bought a bottle of Argentinian Pinot Noir, a small bottle of Talisker whiskey and a genuine whisky glass. So it doesn't look too good.

Some plans though. There's a massive book festival and there are some concerts. Who knows.

As very fucken often, a day went by and I didn't write a thing. The thought crossed my mind, but I was somewhat busy or I pretended being somewhat busy. I however went to work, went to play football with my work mates (it was a good session) and I watched two Champions League games simultaneously.
