Hell is other people (Jean-Paul Sartre - Huis Clos)

After seven hours of work went running. It's been a good while since I've done that, but I was certain it wouldn't be that hard because of all the weight loss and everything. And it was easy as hell, I did my usual route four times (app. 6 kilometres) and some stretching and muscle exercise at the end.
It's been a month since I started my two days a week fasting or diet whatever and I've lost approximately 3 kilograms. It's cool, but I'm more interested in the cholesterol, blood sugar levels and all those things. I know already that my blood pressure is in steady decline.
